Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) receive the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal / Folgen des Widerrufs

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a different shipping method than the cheapest standard option).

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return of goods / Rücksendung der Waren

You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us about your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

4. Exclusion of withdrawal / Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Made-to-order items produced individually after purchase

• Custom or personalized products made specifically for the customer

These items are excluded from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right because they are individually manufactured upon order.

A return or withdrawal is only possible in case of a statutory warranty claim (defect).
