1. PRODUCTS / PRODUKTE

Alle Produkte werden in limitierter Stückzahl angeboten. Es wird zwischen folgenden Kategorien unterschieden:
Ready-to-Wear: Lagerware, sofort versandbereit
Made-to-Order: Produktion erfolgt nach Bestellung
Custom Pieces: individuell auf Anfrage gefertigte Einzelstücke

Ready-to-Wear: in-stock items, ready for immediate shipment
Made-to-Order: produced after purchase
Custom Pieces: individually developed upon request
2. CONTRACT FORMATION / VERTRAGSSCHLUSS

Mit Abschluss des Bestell- und Zahlungsvorgangs kommt ein verbindlicher Kaufvertrag zustande.

A binding contract is concluded upon completion of the order and payment process.
3. PAYMENT / ZAHLUNG

Bei Made-to-Order und Custom Pieces beginnt die Produktion erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang.

For Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces, production starts only after full payment has been received.
4. PRODUCTION TIME / PRODUKTIONSZEIT
DE
Ready-to-Wear: Versand kurzfristig nach Bestellung
Made-to-Order: ca. 1–3 Wochen Produktionszeit (abhängig von Auslastung und Materialverfügbarkeit)
Custom Pieces: individuelle Produktionszeit nach Absprache

Ready-to-Wear: shipped shortly after order confirmation
Made-to-Order: approx. 1–3 weeks production time (depending on workload and material availability)
Custom Pieces: production time upon individual agreement
5. AVAILABILITY / VERFÜGBARKEIT

Made-to-Order Produkte sind von der Verfügbarkeit der Materialien abhängig. Sollte ein Material nicht mehr verfügbar sein, kann die Produktion nicht durchgeführt werden. In diesem Fall erfolgt eine Rückerstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen.

Made-to-Order items depend on material availability. If materials are no longer available, production cannot be completed. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / WIDERRUFSRECHT

Verbraucher:innen haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Kaufvertrag zurückzutreten.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab Erhalt der Ware.
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei:
individuell angefertigten oder eindeutig personalisierten Produkten (Custom Pieces)
Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation hergestellt wurden und eindeutig auf persönliche Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind
Für Ready-to-Wear Produkte gilt das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made or clearly personalized items (Custom Pieces)
goods made to consumer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
The statutory withdrawal right applies to Ready-to-Wear items.
7. RETURNS / RETURNS POLICY

Retouren für Ready-to-Wear Produkte erfolgen gemäß EU-Verbraucherschutzrecht.
Made-to-Order und Custom Pieces sind vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen, sofern sie individuell gefertigt wurden.

Returns for Ready-to-Wear items are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces are excluded from returns if individually produced.
8. WARRANTY / GEWÄHRLEISTUNG

Es gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung gemäß EU-Recht (in der Regel 2 Jahre).
Bei berechtigten Mängeln besteht Anspruch auf Reparatur, Ersatz oder Rückerstattung.

Statutory warranty rights under EU law apply (generally 2 years).
In case of valid defects, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
9. LIABILITY / HAFTUNG

Es wird keine Haftung für Schäden übernommen, die durch unsachgemäße Nutzung, falsche Pflege oder normalen Verschleiß entstehen.
Pflegehinweise sind zu beachten.

No liability is accepted for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect care, or normal wear and tear.
Care instructions must be followed.
10. SHIPPING / VERSAND

Versand erfolgt nach Produktions- bzw. Bearbeitungszeit. Versandkosten und Lieferzeiten werden im Checkout angegeben.

Shipping is carried out after production or processing time. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
11. APPLICABLE LAW / ANWENDBARES RECHT

Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Berücksichtigung zwingender EU-Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen.

Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection regulations.
